I cooked all day yesterday. I'm not cooking for the rest of the week.
Corn muffins to go with
Chili for later in the day.
Chix wings with my own barbecue sauce baked then broiled in the oven
Chips with home made salsa and hummus.
Veggie dips.
And jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon stuffed with Philly chive cream cheese.
The secret is not to cut the pepper completely in half, wrapped them tightly with bacon and stab them with a toothpick.
