Penny sorry but I don't agree. Hamilton has a very specific task (unknown to us): perhaps to bring the company to trading, or perhaps to solve other problems. But once he has done his job, he will not be responsible for what Nixon does! Don't put too much trust in this law firm, Hamilton is paid to do his job exclusively. The aftermath is the sole responsibility of Nixon .
