Would it be dishonest if that is that philosophy of Mr Marcelli and that Dr Lebby has agreed to, even if reluctantly?

I think they carefully craft their messaging to shareholders to purposefully keep them in the dark.

The question is WHY? Is it to protect the company from revealing too many secrets?

Or is it to keep shareholder confidence from cratering?

I think it is at least SOME of the latter -- Dec 4 letter being another pretty clear example.
