Waiting for an 8K from DBMM management for the acquisition. I believe if I am not wrong, they have to submit the 8K 4 Business days from acquisition, and see how much Revenues this acquisition adds to the DBMM's balance sheet. As Reggie said, this is just the beginning, even 5 - 10M per year will be a big deal for a small company like DBMM that is still in the process of resurrecting their business. Hoping for the great news and more acquisitions to come. All these multiple acquisitions will add up the DBMM Revenues and will make DBMM a valuable company. JMHO
