FALSE! It says "client" not "company"!

the acquisition of a major software client headquartered in Austin Texas.


Sounds like they merely have a new client...

THERE WAS NO ACQUISITION OF ANOTHER COMPANY!

A very misleading update! Followed by enablers embellishing on it to further pump the false narrative!
