Remember Flip, in 2019 Duffy leaves Merck for NW Bio. The dots revealed a covert mission by Merck to have Duffy join NW Bio to complete the SAP and then Merck would consummate a multi-billion dollar buyout of NWBO.

Remember when Duffy silently quit his job at NW Bio? Your dots suddenly pivoted, it was so obvious that the genius Linda Powers had a diabolical plan to get Duffy in to complete the SAP and then he'd leave so that Merck could initiate a buyout of NWBO.
