Yes, I must say that a 13month delay on the CE with no response from the company does not make one the least bit optimistic about what's going on here. Rosen has said that they now have lawyers with OTC experience working on this so maybe there's a slight shred of optimism here.

We've got a company with a documented $78 million contract from the DOD and yet can't get the CE removed. One would think the U.S. Dept of Defense might be able to put a good word in with OTC Markets,, but no luck on that so far.

Nothing adds up here. Just a gigantic mess with shareholders getting nothing so far on all this.
