It's agnostic with the one caveat. A low float just speeds up the movement that retail determines -- if retail is buying it goes up faster, if they are selling it goes down faster.

The caveat is if the index funds sell out.

For now , retail over time sets the price. That's the real key.

Evidence?: As the company has continued to disappoint the price has gone down even while the indexes and institutional holding has gone up.

It's not because of some collusion or dark force plot or plan by passive index funds!
