I have a question on the warrants. What is the strike price on them? Aren't we way below the strike price?

The warrants are mostly ancient history. About 100M left, most all locked up. The average strike was .31 but we know the LP/LG (locked up) are low, so the non locked are likely out of the money. There have been some deals extending them, but I think they were also locking as part of the deal.

There are almost 300M employee options though, and half of these are cheap and non locked.

There are also shares going out to pay off loans and such.

For many years the big ticket holders on shares going out were the same parties as the warrant holders. This is no longer true, but the message is the same.

BTW, that the sellers are not the warrant holders is why I call them the "investors" (with quotes). Others just keep calling them the warrant holders even if not properly true.
