That's true enough. Iran's pretty antagonistic, but I can't help but see our own hand in setting them on that path. We don't have to go all the way back to 1953, where we overthrew their democracy and installed a pretty ruthless dictatorship... in the name of oil.

We can also look at the 6 nation nuclear agreement that Trump walked away from in the name of squeezing them.

We can look at the invasion of Iraq and the massing of troops on their border.

As far as terrorism is concerned, the most terrorism we've ever experienced has come from the Sunni side, notably the Saudis and their support of Wahhabist terrorism. Al Qaeda and ISIS are both Saudi creations. And for some reason, we support those assholes with little if any reserve. Hell the Trump mob was about to sell them nuclear technology. I'm not entirely sure they didn't.
