It was mostly a joke. That said, someone needs to instill some sobering pause in the actions of a non-nuclear power lobbing missiles onto the soil of nuclear armed Pakistan and openly supporting terrorists attempting to disrupt world trade by opening fire on another nuclear power's ships. The whole situation is fraught with the possibilities for miscalculation.
