Well, outside of convincing them that they need to have a nuclear arsenal of their own, I'm not sure what purpose it would serve. There are enough nuclear arsenals in that neighborhood to change the world forever. There's Pakistan, India, Russia, China, Israel and the US... all within a stone's throw of each other there.

Our world may still exist, but it wouldn't be all that hospitable to life as we know it.
