Not quite - see Proto's post in which some folks from Silorex are mentioned.

I have heard through the grapevine that the relationship with Silorex was hindered/maybe stopped in some way and so it may or may not be ongoing..not clear what happened.

The paper - which I read - refers to materials that may or may not be Lightwave's. Silorex I believe has done a fair amount of work with that polymer company Great Pumpkin frequently mentions.

My first reaction was - why wasn't that written a year ago? -- that it appears that they technological progress which enabled them to say they now can include 'exotic materials' took a long time, and they may be looking at adding polymers for the first time.

All that said I think there is a reasonable chance Lightwave is or has been tested for these purposes.
