Since they need capital. it indicates that the cash flow for the company is not enough for BZWR to operate, and that means sales aren't doing great.

It's possible (but very doubtfull) they want to buy a small company for cash. Don't think so though.

Y/E Financials should be out no later than next week---possibly this Friday (after market)
