Good news, but lots of questions. I have a few comments about Rhett's post, too.

The good:

We are finalizing our next round of capital from investors at the same time.

I think BZWR needs new capital to keep operating. Evidently, they have found it. Better than that, they must have convinced some investor(s) that their business model is working and is likely to succeed. The stock price may rally off of this good news.

But, there are questions:
Diana raises the valid concern about dilution. We want to know: how much will it be? Even though new investment is probably essential, will the share price ever get out from under?

Second, why is helixhouse.com offline? No Instagram/Facebook posts since "Happy Thanksgiving", either.

And of course, how was the first quarter? BZWR is not touting anything about that so far.
