Zipjet- That is a very high number of dropouts. Why do you think that?

Also- Congrats on the weight loss! Sounds like you were an ideal patient and did what most say they will do but don't (e.g. modify eating habits).
You were planning on eating extra protein to try and minimize muscle loss. (#msg-173038596 and #msg-173185764 ). Were you able to do that and do you think that helped you? Did you do any before and after BMI measurements that also give you an idea on fat vs muscle loss?
