West Coast Ventures Group Corp (fka WCVC)

So approximately 9 years ago, I was the 4th largest investor in WCVC, knowing Jim Nixon personally from his El Senor Sol's restaurant in Arvada. I can't seem to get ahold of him at all, and right now I have no idea if this investment is A) dead in the water or B) on hold until re-issue. Worse, I can't write this loss off on my taxes, if it is indeed a loss. I was one of the original 27 investors, and can't explain to my family members (also invested in WCVC) if this deal is a bust or what.
