NWBO most likely did not they were spoofed that day because they didn't have shares for sale.
Why would they, they probably expected the stock price to appreciate substantially on the news so why sell then
. . . but lots of other were trying to cash in and those were the one that were harmed.
I was simply try to show the one doesn't have to look that hard to find blatant spoofing.
