Otc is upgraded. Same mm play with it

Nasdaq the best market, yeah you can only play a little knock stock price down few cents
However its not true. Someone wants in at 4 dollar price ,stock is $ 7
No problem, either they short it ,or simply post lower prices , till its at 4
That is called unfair manipulation
