No real assumption other than, the % reduction in float is better than any return that AMRN is receiving on their invested cash.


Correct.

When a company has excess cash and expects their business to improve organically then buying shares makes sense.

Slowly getting better. Those who expected Denner to come in and waive a magic wand to change direction over night were foolish. Things are looking brighter. It takes time though.
