Pure speculation on the new mystery non-glp obesity compound PFE is testing is that the MOA is similar to what Kallyope is targeting with K-757 and K-833. There are many well know Hormones having an impact on appetite and satiety. Kallyope has disclosed that they target cholecystokinin (CCK) and Peptide YY (PYY), but there are many other well know hormones that could be target including Leptin and/or Ghrelin.
