Dew- Thanks for noticing this PFE info. I listened to the webcast as well and as far as I could tell Bourla did not actually say this new compound was oral. I also looked at the Seeking Alpha transcript and this is what that transcript shows:

"We have in the clinic right now two other molecules with humans. The first one we announced that it is a GLP-1 follow-up (Mufaso comment-this is the PF-06954522 molecule you noted) . And the second one we didn't announce the mechanism of action for competitive reasons because it's getting very competitive right now, but we do have one in the clinic. And we have a lot preclinical.

While Bourla didn’t come out and say it, a non-glp based MOA is likely oral (as you surmised) so I will add this to the list of possible Oral obesity drugs we are tracking with a note. I also highlighted that Bourla indicated they have a lot of preclinical research going on in this space.
