Oh yeah. And, the Chinese property has likely increased in value too. But as for NWBO's piece of Sawston, I'm not sure how you place a value on a Chinese owned leased - sub rent collecting property that has no skilled workers?? Maybe they'll explain it to retail in the next quarterly call.
