The Canadian government gives buyers subsidies / rebates to purchase EVs here.
Both Federal & Provincial give subsidies to the companies also to build here.
VW just stole a $16 billion handout recently from Ontario/Canada to build a battery plant, Ford got money too.
The green industry can not survive on it's own, it exists only with taxpayer money supporting it.
The entire EV / "green" industry is corrupt, top to bottom.
