Yea I thought that when XERI had HALO and I gave it a chance. Then when the NANO LUBS and MovyChem came I started digging and found the 2 were run by the same crew. So by the time the XTI BS JV I had already had my doubts about XERI legitimacy.

So by the time the XTI definite merger agreement was announced I had enough of Duffy BS and was out!!
There was:
Facade Location of Research Park at Florida Atlantic University (where they supposedly had an office that they never occupied and took 4 years to remodel.)
Then
XERI signed a strategic alliance agreement with PRAGA Avia s.r.o. (“PRAGA”)
XERI Awarded New Halo Aircraft Patent
XERI formed a joint venture with CoFlow Jet, LLC
XERI signed a letter of intent to acquire a significant interest in Xeriant Europe s.r.o. (“XE”), its strategic alliance partner located in Prague, Czech Republic.
XERI signed a letter of intent to form a strategic alliance with Mente Systems Inc. (DBA TheIncLab)
XERI signed a definitive joint venture agreement with XTI Aircraft Company (“XTI”),

NONE of this came to pass!!!!!! JUST DUFFY AND CREW BS
Why would I ever think this is a SCAM. LOL
