Q: Did you notice that even XTI's chairman (in court documents relating to the XERI/XTI lawsuit) admits that XERI will receive shares in XTI(A) worth million$$$?
No matter how the lawsuit ends, sounds like you're going to lose your bet that XERI will never receive any shares in XTI(A).
