Well, as peregr obviously doesn't know either, in a CH11 bankruptcy, the share structure can remain intact. That's the type of bankruptcy we filed before. We would get wiped out in a CH7 bankruptcy, and shorts would never have to buy shares, or claim the profit they made, because the transaction never closed with a buy, as I understand it.

The shares we have won't be canceled, only the ticker will change, as it did today, and it will change again, if the reorganization is successful, as I fully expect it will be. The ticker may revert to HGEN, or it could change, depending on how we are restructured.
