Now Bankruptcy is not my specialty. I can tell you everything you want to know about OTC markets, but I don't know much about what happens with bankruptcies.

They are filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy and if approved what happens to our shares?

Chapter 11 I believe is the better option for us.

Do our shares get cancelled or do they re-emerge after the bankruptcy?
