I believe I pointed this out many many years ago about the time I accurately pointed out the SHMP wasn’t building a shrimp facility in LaCoste, but were actually building the Mother of All shrimp fires “MOASF” within the original wooden barn, nothing within could possibly come close to meeting any of the simplest building codes on earth.


Yes this has proven over time to be nothing but a share selling scam.

I do not believe however, that it started as such when McWilliams was alive and president of SHMP in its early years. Enter Delgado and things changed, though I am not laying the blame on Bilky.

Easterlied added a whole new level of sleaze to this scam
