If we had to speculate [about why the vapor ware tweets & PRs last year], I would say that, Barron tried to sell Rx products W/O
producing them in the States. [BTW:-The 3rd party MFR, in the States adds too much to the cost of doing business].
No distributor wants to risk lawsuits.

Some countries in eastern EU & India have some major FDA Inspected facilities.
However, they are also linked with major Pharmas like Astrazeneca etc.

So Barron was probably unsuccessful in the process of obtaining POs last year.

But it's a NEW Ball Game & the Company is well positioned [Methinks they're already shipping some product].

And like Traderguy stated....The probable business relationship with Universal SEQ [which has Illumina as a customer]; will be very beneficial to $SHMN's S/Hs, as far as ABBIE is concerned!
