I am not surprised that FDA found something in Merck West Point Campus. The working schedule has been crazy. I have no doubt there could be some negligence or oversight.

All in all, we could have a series of exciting things in the next a couple of months.

It is no hurt to take proactive action. It is unbearable weight for a retailer if shit hits the fun. For the dark forces, it could be just a SEC fine of several millions dollars after ripping off billions from the retailers.
