No, it is not Advents’s. Advent is a contractor and has a sublease to provide the services the company provides and owes under the regional financing authority. This structure is consistent with project finance. Just because you have difficulty understanding doesn’t make your false statements true and I even doubt that is the case.

Yes, they do not have the full facility developed because to maintain it at the pristine GMP levels and build it out before they are fully commercialized will cost a lot more money. They are symbiotically building our only what they need at any given time. They have always had and still have the full facility, and their plan lays out the order in which it will be developed and so far there is only the initial small part that can be used either to make DCVax-L or make products when the are idle for other companies because of the regional financing authority requirements. NWBO does not and should not be doing that work because it is a distraction, so of course Advent is subcontracted to do that being the manager of the facility.
