The new fab location announcement will probably be followed by an announcement on how to finance this 2 billion+ project. This will probably lead to either additional loans or a stock offering which will dilute value of current shares by a significant amount. In either case, this might lead to a 1 to 2 dollar drop in share price.
Maybe whatever institution is unloading is in the know about the financing deal.
Am I crazy to be concerned about the financing? Any opinions welcomed.
