Yes, I agree that is why I said that it is too late tell sell for a tax loss even if you had a tax loss.

Not likely a smart move to sell now, having to wait 30 days to repurchase when news could drop any day, and then having to chase it higher. I think any tax-loss selling has already been done on this stock.
