You think Tptw will have 100M in revenue before a RS? And what time frame would that be in? They have barely anything now. Their Os continues to increase and they are constantly taking out loans and notes that will dilute. How can anyone convince financiers preferred shares if they are aware notes and loans will dilute …. They have to RS if they get any sort of financing. And financing comes before any sort of revenues (per ST3s words… they need money to acquire those companies)
