You don’t get it. Linda’s vision depends on those who believe in it and aren’t in just for the fast $. She doesn’t need to pump up the stock price for those that are with her long term. Price will rise as progress is made. Strong longs are absorbing shares and holding on to them so that when Linda is ready to execute her plan those shares don’t end up in a rival’s hands which is what traders allow to happen. This has been very frustrating for those whose only hope is that longs will suddenly relinquish their shares so that others can gain control at the lowest price possible. Those that stick with Linda will get the best price possible so we wait and accumulate. Best wishes.
