How, exactly, do you propose to get the hostages back and enable Israel to have secure borders?
I haven't seen any list of demands by Hamas, say, withdrawal from the settlements or return to '67 borders, so on what basis would you negotiate with them? They've already broken one ceasefire and the subsequent truce so what does your "ceasefire now" crowd propose as a solution?
Just to be clear, Hamas is a nihilistic death cult. They are publicly committed to destroying Israel and killing Jews. You're going to negotiate with that? Even Bernie Sanders publicly recognizes the inherent futility of negotiating with them.
How, exactly, does the attack by Hamas further the goal of a Palestinian statehood? And what, exactly, should Israel's response have been? Put on your big boy pants and write a reasoned response, please.
