You’re right. This is more than just about what shorts buying their shares will do to the stock price. We have to factor in that good news will likely attract new investors, and encourage current ones to add even more to enjoy the ride up. There is a limited amount of shares here so we could be in for the ride of our lives. It will also be interesting to see what impact some long term holders will have when they start taking profits themselves. Perhaps giving us some periodic pullbacks to add shares.
