Seems he is looking for new players which does not indicate to me that he intends to drag along old investors. But some of the old shareholders were retired Nicaragua military and other insiders who also now hold seemingly worthless shares. Unless he sees a way to pacify them, and not exclude outsiders, us, there might be a dim chance we will be included in the resurrection. JMO.
