Agree with that. OTC before SEC improved rules was jungle and paradise for criminal CEOs and for companies with 100 desktops without any product. That was gold mine for fraudulent single person companies from nowhere. IMO change rules was good and bad. Good for those who’s don’t know s…t about trades or have a little experience. Bad for professional traders who’s very often made fortune following OTC underground rules. “ Get in and get out with 30% profits.
