What makes you think that OTC post 2021 will be different than before 2021?

It's completely different. The professional promoters were for the most part driven out by the SEC, leaving the field to amateurs and semi-pros bleating incompetently over at the Former Twitter.

The SEC also dealt with the toxic funders. And then they went after the shell companies, with the amendments to Rule 15c2-11.

The OTC no longer exists as a pumpadump paradise.
