Ya, it's genuinely unfathomable they could be this incompetent. Wonder how Payne is feeling about his $1 milly loan now? lol

Being listed on Nasdaq was a means to use the market as fund-raiser. Now, they are back to the old adage "pending funding" and needing private investors. Like I said last week, this feels more like the end of ZIVO than the beginning of something new/different.
