You are encouraging the Chen/Reardon/ling/Chiocca lie (against NWBO) and obfuscating a massive deception by them — aka, trying to persuade/confuse the audience that time from surgery is the same thing as time from randomization, and thereby deceiving readers by trying to make results look bad.
