Stop obsessing about the commoners being screwed and start obsessing about why the CE has not been removed, given a documented $78 million Dept of Defense contract, for which a payment of $38 million has already been received and a top-security clearance as well..

Then, once the CE is removed, you can start obsessing about the common shares again.
