Theoretically in a spoofing case a judge would care less whether the biotech and its drug are legit or not. Spoofing should have nothing to do with any of that, right?
Yet we heard Griffen speak poorly of NWBO but I haven't seen it come up in court.

But if the judge was actually factoring in the "Saving cancer patients" angle than you'd think he'd be watching closely that L was submitted to regulators, and that either rejection or approval would weigh on his decision. In that scenario perhaps Powers is hoping JAMA is enough to convince the judge while avoiding submission and possible rejection??
