I was just going by what the late filing excuse read. " The Company has entered into a business combination agreement on September 15, 2023 and the quarter requires additional time to file in order to insure the right cut-offs have been used in the two operating subsidiaries sold as part of the business combination."

Nothing about court dates, deadlines being missed, voting or the SAGA deal being dead.

Sounded like they thought the deal was still on.
