I would think if Payne could use his connections to bring on a partner it would be done by now. They have spent tens of millions on R&D and studies. What more is needed to convince a partner if in fact the product does have value? What happened to Zoetis? Nutriquest? Partner initially mentioned during this study? If someone saw value there would be a deal. Appears they are out of runway. Does not make sense to do a raise at this market cap. Just shut the R&D down and if it can be done profitably, produce product for Zivolife, and sit on the IP.
