Nothing is for certain in this biotech game so only odds can be given. I give 10% odds of MHRA approval given all the extra time they've had to "work their magic". But seeing as management has said next to nothing about other regulators, pricing, commercialization cost, and a host of other unknowns, I place $1 Billion market cap for just MHRA approval news. If any of this turns out real the question is will Powers ever not dilute her shareholders ahead of the actual event?
