A crappy readout on the back of publicly communicated great company expectations is always a trigger for class action investigations. If losses can be related to a disclosure, a complaint filing will happen. If so chances are about 60% for not leading to anything but further losses for investors, expenses for the company and lawyers.

Yeah Anavex better deliver as the WGT expectations, at least by some, are very high based not so much on data but indeed what the company publicly says.
