I think SAVA is a fake rally right now.

A fake rally that has added, so far, $626 million on heavy volume to SAVA's market cap? No--what happened was a fundamental change in the perception of SAVA due to the exposure of CUNY's illegally leaked report of its investigative committee, which committee is now going to be investigated for bias and possible fraud. That's a market moving development that virtually assures that SAVA's two fully enrolled Phase III trials will continue until completion. SAVA's enemies have tried for two years to get the FDA to stop SAVA's advanced trials through the Citizens Petitions and by other means. Now the Street perceives that won't happen--and the price moved significantly higher with the elimination of the negative overhang. The next legal development may be a negotiated settlement of all the related court proceedings. Then again, maybe SAVA will continue its ongoing separate lawsuit against the short players due to the tremendous loss in market capitalization caused by the bogus claims. Big picture: all that really matters now is the completion in fall 2024 of the RETHINK Phase III trial.
